BBC Giving Paul Ross time off [like in a pregnancy] to deal with his Coming Out
You really don’t need time off when you come out. It’s not like when a close family member dies. But if you area TV and radio jock, well known for being straight and here comes the zinger with a wife of 14 years. Then the network want you to go and drop one of them and come back reformed. Plus Paul boozing and fast life would have to be seriously looked at if he want to keep his career.
I love to post coming out stories they are usually full of love, mystery and either well wishers or critics, usually both. I have hundreds of coming out stories in the last 5 years of blogging. In this case I don’t see rejoyce. I see no rejoice only hurt from all sides but particularly the wife and the boyfriend if he drops him but what he wont be dropping is his reputation that he is gay..Well have to wait until the network let him talk again and explain his side of the story. People that were getting shock each time a well known man comes out better change because it’s not news anymore unless is a well known person(s) or your family kicks you out like we reported in Georgia USA last week.
The BBC are giving Paul Ross time off to “deal with his issues” after he admitted a drug fuelled gay affair.
He was filmed snorting the drug mephedrone off of another man's face and also spoke about taking part in outdoor gay sex sessions.
Ross co-hosts BBC Radio London's breakfast show, but he will not be on air tomorrow.
He first met his gay lover, a former English teacher, at a dogging spot and ended up having sex with him in the bushes. They then went on to have a year-long affair meeting regularly at his lover's flat before he started his show.
