Was this woman capable of having kids?? I don't think so yet even in a state that has abortions you allowed women who have mental or narcotic problems to have kids. They are paid by the government and in the case of this woman, she was living in an apartment that qualified as a shelter. That means the government was involved but not in the sense of catching these kids.
In a state without abortion, the problem is even worse but then people complaint how bad things are when we allow a new generation of dead or abused, and criminal kids to meet the Morgue or the jails before they are 16

NEW YORK CITY ( WPIX ) — Two young boys were stabbed and killed in a Bronx apartment Saturday night and their 22-year-old mother is in police custody, authorities said.
The 11-month-old and 3-year-old victims were found with multiple stab wounds to the neck and body in the bathroom of an apartment in Mount Hope at around 8 p.m., police said. The brothers were discovered in the bathtub covered in clothes with the water running and overflowing onto the bathroom floor, according to police. They were unresponsive and not breathing.
The boys’ father and officers tried to give the children CPR, but they could not be saved. The boys were taken to the hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
“I heard the father screaming in the hallways, ‘Help me! Help me!’ That’s when he brought the two boys, lifeless, covered in blood,” said Shannon Holifield, a neighbor of the family. “It’s horrible…I’m not going to be able to sleep tonight…it’s very sad.”
Forty minutes prior to the tragic discovery, police had been called to the same apartment, described by authorities as a family shelter, for reports of an emotionally disturbed person and found the young mom acting erratic and trying to burn items, according to the NYPD.
They found the woman on the third floor and took her into custody without incident. She was transported to a hospital, police said.
Shortly after, the father found the boys dead in the bathtub, and police were called to the apartment for a second time, authorities said.

The mother remained in police custody but had not been arrested, as of Sunday morning.
A medical examiner will determine the cause of death.

NYC Mayor Bill Dept of Finance is getting the money! Whose money? Find out
I will tell you a short story that I might just have to repeat with different updates.
The Dept of Finance is entering judgments into New Yorkers who started delivering food for Postmates and other food delivery outfits, couriers delivering food service and the timing was bad. Postmates for instance reduced the average delivery without paying gas or any expenses from {$10.00 to $3.50> Do you think they lowered the amount the restaurants pay to them and the customers, they both pay..Nope, they just reduced the Stipend to drivers). This was the time the mayor decided to install cams everywhere except southwest Staten Island and well-to-do neighborhoods and change speed zones without notices on people's licenses or mail.
So even though this mayor and the governor (but the mayor said more than once) that his dept would not add penalties on this type of ticket for people being late because of the emergency, his dept is now destroying people credit worthiness which means they could not move again even into a lower rent because that is the first place they look, Your credit worthiness. I know people who could have moved and had been approved into every aspect except their creditworthiness was below fair or they owe money, they lost out in getting an apartment for $465 when they pay $900.00 as a sick senior citizen.
So the city destroys all these lives because they delivered food during the emergency. Now I thought we were not in an emergency anymore? We are if you listen to this man.
Why does the city drive people to become homeless to then say they are trying to put the homeless into housing.? Simple1 Who benefits? Some people benefit BUT I WILL LEAVE TO...THE MAYOR/ GOVERNOR/ OR YOU?
But for him to UNLEASH his finance dept after every citizen whether they own a house or rent is wrong.
The penalties? Bad credit report, they threatened to take your social security check away or any other money in your bank, and they will take your car away whenever they see it.
What is the hell going on?? Can someone tell me? I know so many people who say I voted for this guy or stayed home because I knew he had no character. Actually for some people is not hard to figure out but not voting for another GOP mayor in NYC was paramount. Everyone thought this dude might be better...they were all Wrong.
FIX this!

| Over $200 hundred dollars in delivery and tax and they decided to send it in separate boxes without informing the customer and having FEDEX just leave the 50 Lbs box at the lobby for someone else to get paid and finish the delivery. |
Next is a chair I bought from a Vendor from Amazon: This is the last letter sent to them:
"Thank you for your message, Vicky. I do feel I'm dealing with an outfit that has no experience in making the people that keep them in business informed and therefore at ease. Thank you for the information but something inside of your business experience must tell you this is something to have the customer know before the half delivery not now and not because I had to ask. This is a lot of money for a chair and is not a free delivery which they would not even bring to my door by the elevator on the second floor. They just left it in the lobby and I with a broken back had to bring a hand truck to bring it in. Even though I'm being charged a lot of money for this delivery. If the next one is left like that in the lobby, it could stay there and you can take them back. I am sorry I'm doing business with you and sorry that Amazon is involved in this without helping. Actually, I would like credit for the delivery, otherwise, I don’t want it. I will be publishing the experience with this expensive chair. “
