One of The Biggest Changes Name to Gay Underwear Mag (accidentally)

Ernst & Young must not have looked at Google Image when they rebranded as EY, the same name of a Spanish gay interest magazine
Ernst & Young has rebranded themselves as EY, the same name of a homoerotic magazine based in Spain.
When one of the biggest accounting firms in the world decided to rebrand their image, they must not have realized exactly what they had done.
UK-based multinational professional services company Ernst & Young decided to change their name to EY, what they call a ‘strengthened and modernized’ image.
Unfortunately, EY Megateen is also the name of a magazine aimed at gay men based in Spain that frequently has plenty of young guys posing in their underwear.
The magazine started off as Electric Youth, until just like Ernst & Young they thought the name EY worked better.
Each edition of the magazine is themed by a country or city, with young men from the UK, Germany, Brazil and the US are featuring in past issues.
In 2008, country singer Miley Cyrus’ ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston was featured on EY’s cover wearing red briefs. On the cover, it read: ‘Living the American teen! Loads of photos! Sexy boys!’
A Google Image search for EY turns up the old Ernst & Young logo, as well as pictures of mostly naked young men.
Luckily for the accounting firm, the company are open supporters of LGBT rights.
In a statement made to Gay Star News, an Ernst & Young spokeswoman said the company was aware of the magazine in question.
She said: 'We are aware of the images in question. It will be apparent to individuals looking for EY, the professional services organisation, that the images are not related to us.
'People are aware of how search engines on the internet work and, as the imagery for our new brand becomes more established in the market place, it will be easier for internet browsers to find the images they are looking for.'
