A Death Choke in Staten Island, Cops Again turn on Us but Not for Long

Why was this necessary? You can read more on the position of this blog ( one-million-readers-for-adamfoxie-blog) on this incident of police killing a man they had already drop to the ground and he offered no danger to them or anyone else.

The police need to stop killing people they take into custody or try to take into custody. Wether is by choosing a choke hold which should have told this cop he was going too far. A big man like that need oxygen more than anyone else there but he was deprived of it causing it to have a fatal heart attack. The non issue that a grand jury will indict anyone goes the opposite, they can’t indict no  one, no matter the crime, If the prosecutor doesn’t fully supports it will it not get a guilty. It all depends on the prosecutor . In this case you have a tea party backer, a republican in Staten Island that believes in winning cases and if he is not going to win the case he will plead it down. In this case as prosecutors do he was instructing the jury on the evidence. The jury is guided by the prosecutor because this is not a case in which the defendants lawyer is going to be there to object. This prosecutor had to make a good case for indictment but obviously didn’t because he is a friend of the police. In NYC but particularly Staten  Island it deepens on who you know and your party affiliations. A cop might get indicted in the Bronx, but not here. This is the home of the cops. The vote! Blacks selling illegal cigarettes don’t vote and sometimes neither does their neighbors. This is the borough that reelected  
an exFBI, cop and indicted in a bunch of felonies, a bully and corrupt thug. He gets reelected regardless, On the ads on the election he had the balls to call his opponent the thing that he and been accused of. Ohhh Staten Island, green and red as the flags that matter here.

There is no doubt in my mind that he sold out the dead victim. He was not going to indict a police officer over a man who has been arrested before. This fat black dude that sells smuggle cigarettes. A black market the government has created to stop cigarette smoking on the poor and working person, because someone with money who smokes will pay what ever the price. But this one of the schemes the government goes by many times to tackle bigger problems. So the man dies for a petty crime and the Grand jury did not indict. 

Here in the picture tells you the story.  Thanks goodness that the mobile for pay civil right patrol did not try to make Staten Island a test case. They already had blood on their hands from the Police shooting in another state (The Furgosen case). Now as this blows over they wait for the next case. 

Why can’t the police learn in all 50 states that this are different times and if they shoot a man or woman that meets this groups ranking to mobilize the demonstration mobile patrol they will have a 
grand old time in from of the station explaining or try to explain what they did wrong to this group. 

Lets start getting rid of the old guards in these cities and have people that go after crime no matter who is at the other end.  These are changing times and its time that all these police forces no need to name names, except for Furgoson, Miami and Miami beach and New York with all the states of the South are being served by sheriff’s in combat gear and tanks and commissioners from another century. They either have to learn that gays have rights now, so the black and browns communities and people are not going to take accidents because of poor hiring practices or plain bigotry on beatings and shootings.
