Why Is Kennedy Leaving in a Rush and Why Let Trump Nominate His Successor?

"A man with the notion he has integrity will keep His promises to the hindrance of anyone" [lag'os]

There are two major dots that hold this thing together and the dots have a name; 1. McConnell 2. Son of Kennedy(Kennedy running Deutsche bank in an interesting time for Trump).

Deutsche Bank Fails Federal Reserve Stress Test (News Headline this past week)

The German lender was the only bank to outright fail its second test, which evaluates specific weaknesses in financial institutions with major U.S. operations. While the Fed called out “material weaknesses” in its planning, Deutsche Bank said the result won’t affect capital actions. Meanwhile, The New York Times noted that Justice Anthony Kennedy’s son headed the bank’s real estate business during a time when it was the only lender willing to work with President Donald Trump, calling into question the relationship between the two families and the timing of Kennedy’s retirement.

The next paragraph was written a day before Kennedy announced he is practically leaving right away. It's like he is being pushed out. The person who first announced Kennedy's retirement was, the Republican leader of the Senate,
Senator Mitch McConnel jr. at the beginning of the year after having an unusual lunch date with justice Kennedy. This is the person with the most or only control over Kennedy. Why? He is responsible to have pushed his name to President Reagan to be considered as justice.

"But will Kennedy really depart the court soon? Some court watchers argue that if Kennedy is truly concerned about his doctrinal legacy, then he will be hesitant to depart under a president who will replace him with someone who could significantly undermine it. Plus, when you possess the most important opinion in the country — and the opportunity to be a moderate voice in a country torn by partisanship — that can be hard to give up. “Kennedy would lose enormous power should he depart,” says Ward. Urman agrees. “The longer he stays, the longer his influence lasts. … It is really the Kennedy Court, not the Roberts Court. He gets to keep the court and country in the balance.” And what more can you ask of a swing justice than that?"

I leave for the reader to put the three dots together:

1. Why would Kennedy decide to leave now when he is the deciding vote on the court and the Justice with the most influence in the United States?
2. Why to announce his leaving so sudden?  To leave just in time for Trump to name his justice before the election in which if the people really had it with Trump they might give the Congress to Democrats either the Senate or the House or some say both. That would temper Trump's choices if he wanted he or she to be accepted. All justice K had to do was wait a few months.
3. Why leave giving less than a month notice? Only when a justice is been sick or dying have you seen this type of rushing done but Kennedy is not either sick or dying. It's been rush, rush, for Trump to announce his candidate which he says he knows already. Only in politics, important events are ordained before time. When they make the announcement the cake has been baked for a while and this cake was about to burn.
