Another Body Part from Luka Magnotta’s Killings
Montreal police are investigating the possibility that remains found in a park over the weekend could belong to the Chinese university student whose gruesome death and dismemberment were recorded in an video posted to the Internet.
"We had information and yes we found something, but honestly we need the remains to return from analysis to know if the remains are human and if it is connected to the murder," Montreal police Commander Ian Lafreniere said Monday.

Authorities found Jun Lin's torso outside a Montreal apartment building where killing suspect Luka Rocco Magnotta lived but have said the victim's head was among the body parts still missing.
The unidentified remains were discovered Sunday in Angrignon Park in Montreal, according to the Canadian Broadcasting Corp., a CNN affiliate.
Lin, 33, died in May. Police say Magnotta dismembered the body and mailed Lin's hand and foot to Canadian politicians.
Police also believe Magnotta, a porn actor, filmed the death and dismemberment and posted the video to the Internet. They have said the video shows Magnotta engaged in sexual acts involving body parts and includes evidence of cannibalism.
Berlin police arrested Magnotta after an international manhunt. He is awaiting trial in Canada.
