Second Masseur Says Travolta Wanted Gay Sex
LA- A second anonymous male masseur has joined the federal complaint accusing actor John Travolta of sexual battery.
The original complaint filed Friday caused a media sensation over the charges against the 58-year-old "Grease" star who has battled rumors of being gay for years.
Attorney Okorie Okorocha amended the complaint Tuesday to include Joe Doe No.2, who claims Travolta hired him for an in-room massage in January.
The events alleged by John Doe No. 1 allegedly occurred in a bungalow close to the Beverly Hills Hotel on Jan. 16. The second masseur says he was attacked on Jan. 28, after being summoned by "Mr. White" - allegedly an alias for Travolta - to the Atlanta Hotel in Los Angeles.
Both men seek $2 million in damages for assault, sexual battery, emotional distress and civil rights violations.
The second masseur claims he arrived at Travolta's hotel room and found the actor with "a strange demeanor" and "bloodshot eyes."
Travolta allegedly disrobed and climbed onto a massage table. The masseur claims that Travolta told him to pay particular attention to his buttocks. He says that Travolta then humped the table, briefly fell asleep, then "woke up and demanded that his 'gluts' be done immediately."
"While he was massaging near defendant's buttocks area, defendant [Travolta] would open his legs and spread his butt cheeks open, and had an erection," the complaint states.
The masseur says Travolta "had big dense hands," and "kept spreading his butt cheeks," which "were very red and chapped" along with his rectum.
Travolta attempted to force the masseur to touch his scrotum, and "started to grab, rub, and caress" his thighs and buttocks, according to the complaint.
The actor then asked the masseur for an abdominal massage, but Travolta's "erection was in the way and he refused to have his penis covered," the lawsuit states.
The complaint says that Travolta then tried to grab between the masseur's legs and began masturbating, leading the masseur to take his exit.
Travolta "forcibly hugged him" before he left, and then visited the masseur's spa on a later date and asked for an en-suite appointment, according to the complaint.
"He refused," the lawsuit says.
The first masseur had complained that Travolta repeatedly asked him to say "something nice" about the actor.
"Defendant's penis was fully erect, and was roughly 8 inches in length; and his pubic hair was wirey (sic) and unkempt," according to the complaint. "Sweat was pouring down defendant's neck, and he asked Doe Plaintiff No. 1 again to say something nice to him."
Neither the law firm nor Travolta's publicist immediately responded to emailed requests for comment.
