Mario Lopez, right, is a longtime friend of Manny's.

This is a man non citizen that lives in the United States and make his living here, which there are millions of people around the world  which would love to be in his place.
This guy picks a group of Americans, lets say a couple of millions of them locally...and says they should be put to “death".  Let’s see:
If he would have said that about jews quoting some verse from some Nazi or anti jew Arab  group or literature, What Would Happen??

Pacquiao told the National Conservative Examiner over the weekend that gay men should be "put to death" for their sexual crimes.  He was quoting Leviticus 20:13,    So what?he hasn't backed down from his “demonic" stance during the negative media storm that has followed. And a post on the boxer's blog says that these are indeed "Manny Pacquiao's official feelings on the subject.”
The only negative stuff I’ve seen is that he’s interview with Extra might be cancelled .
As of today his interview with best buddy Mario Lopez at Extra seems to be in the air, but not air waves yet.
The following are some tweets between Mario Lopez and his buddy Phillipino born and citizen Manny Pacquiao:
"Pacquiao comes from the very religious, conservative Phillipines, he lives and trains in Los Angeles -- an urban, forward-thinking haven for the gay community. For the sports star to announce that he thinks thousands of gay Angelenos should be "put to death" for loving a same-sex partner should hugely alienate him to the locals. Not to mention alienate him politically to President Obama and the United States, whose official gay-marriage stance recently switched”      [ to acceptance of Gay Marriage].
 (from LA Weekly)

Rick Jacobs, founder and chair of the Courage Campaign, told LA Weekly earlier today that "American sponsors are going to have to look very carefully about whether they can continue to pour money into his apparently rather empty soul. Not only does [Pacquiao] live in L.A., he makes a lot of money thanks the United States and sponsors here in particular."
" Pacquiao has an insane amount of high-profile athletic sponsors, including Hewlett-Packard and Hennessy, who probably don't want to align themselves with such extreme anti-gay sentiments.
Because... uh... "put to death"? You just don't say that kind of thing in 21st century America.” (LA Weekly)

A weird Fact and yet completely unrelated: Pacquiao and Lopez each have 463,000-odd followers on Twitter.  None of them have been told nothing about the remarks or what is happening to his interview.
It Seems that “Extra” and Mario Lopez don’t want to talk about this at this time.
I see no outrage and with the exception of the local gay community.  As I write this post is Wednesday but way before 3:30pm LA Time.  I 'm on East Coast. We will see how things go, but this is one of those cases that if it wasn’t for bloggers this story would get buried or would not get a heads up. As far as I’m concern this is very serious issue and again, an opportunity that should be taken to educate "americans” and people connected with this country or living off this country and the gay population here:  That if they want to see any class of people killed because of whom they are, they should watch some program of TV like the Borgia’s which looks for sodomites or some other stuff. Calling for executions of american citizen’s by anybody but particularly by people of other places is a crime in itself.
The Arab population knows it, the Jewish population knows it, Russians or any other group is aware that calling for the death of Americans is not done. If he feels that strongly about it and in his country that is an ok thing to do, there are flights leaving back to his country every other day.
