After 15 yrs Kenny Goss Had Enough Of George Michael's Bathroom Infidelities
George Michael and partner Kenny Goss have separated after fifteen years together, according to reports in The Sun.
Goss, 51, allegedly ended the relationship as a result of the singer’s ongoing drug problems, including his recent conviction for driving under the influence of cannabis.
An unnamed source told The Sun: “The writing has been on the wall for some time. There are only so many second chances Kenny was prepared to give. He’s been loyal to George from day one, but that hasn’t always been reciprocated.”
However, Michael, 47, has denied the rumours on Twitter, claiming that “the Sun is lying through its teeth as usual.”
Meanwhile, in an interview for BBC Radio 2 this weekend, Michael said that he deserved to go to jail for last year’s dangerous driving offence, telling DJ Chris Evans: “This was a hugely shameful thing to have done repeatedly. So karmically [sic] I felt like I had a bill to pay. I went to prison, I paid my bill.”
Michael releases his first single since leaving prison – a cover version of New Order’s True Faith - next week, with all proceeds going to Comic Relief.
He is also rumoured to be on Simon Cowell’s shortlist to judge the US version of The X Factor.
