A press conference in Riverside California Police Chief Sergio Dias states that police were on the lookout for a silver or gray Nissan Titan with a partial roof rack, yet the chief seemed a bit confused giving out the wrong license plate number a couple times among other ambiguous identification statements.  Unfortunately, the cops were a bit trigger happy and opened fire on a vehicle matching some of the description.
