Tanks Badly Designed and An Army That Either Kills Civilians for Fun or Gives up

First came the dramatic images of a miles-long column of Russian military vehicles on their way to Kyiv. Then came the dramatic images of those same military vehicles burning, destroyed, abandoned and scattered.

It was one of many episodes from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in which the entire world was able to follow

When is Putin going to come to his senses and realize that his conventional military forces cannot take Ukraine, let alone a NATO member?

He already knows it. He sees that his tanks are useless against Javelin missiles. His ships are vulnerable to Neptune missiles. He is not risking his plane even though he has superior numbers. His troops are poorly trained and poorly equipped.

He has realized that he is fighting the last war and Ukraine is fighting the current one. He is being beaten by Zelenskyy in the court of public opinion, in particular because of the atrocities being committed by his troops.

He is trying to decide how to end the war. He doesn't trust his generals of him.

He is bluffing with nuclear threats. Meanwhile, his economy is slowing and his oil and gas customers are getting new suppliers.

He knows everything in the question. Knowing something and having the answer are two different things. He just can't figure out what to do. And how one's life and career may depend on the answer.

Tanks:

What has been discovered about how easily Ukrainian forces can completely destroy a tank it seems that Russia's tank has a design defect. The ammunition is kept together upfront and when one of the rounds from the Ukrainian forces hits the tank even if the high caliber bullets or small explosives hit the tank from above the commotion to the artillery inside the tank will cause them to hit one another making at least one explode.  When one explodes all explode. Yes, there are times the tanks are hit with tank killer rockets but at times you see a smaller cartridge hitting the tank in which it does not seems to have penetrated the armor but a few minutes later you see smoke coming out of the tank and the crew jumping out which means the tank will explode and it does.
