The word corrupt does not describe him. There is got to be something else. People like to give him credit for the days as prosecutors ((in my book he gets no credit. He did not eliminate the mob but he had the power of the federal government when he was appointed to get a nice reputation and better-paying jobs)). That’s what he was the mayor. If he was not the mayor of New York the city would have been fine. He and his cohort police commissioner made a lot of money from 9/11. Flying around in a police helicopter. He had a ball!
