Men Do Get Sexually Assaulted Now Police Looking for 4 Females Assaulted 19 Yr Old Guy

Men can’t be sexually assaulted. All men like it, all men want it, all men want all women to do all the things to them, then they collect high fives.
sexual-assault-is-everyones-issue-280x196That’s usually what the Internet has to say about the supposedly rare instances when men report sexual assaults. But according to a 2003 report from the Canadian Centre for Justice Statistics, it’s not as rare as you’d think: About eight percent of adult victims who report sexual assaults are men.
bizarre story out of Toronto illustrates that those who chime in with “LOL BUT HE HAD A BONER IT CAN’T BE RAPE!” are as dumb as can be.
Toronto police are looking for four female suspects who they say allegedly sexually assaulted a 19-year-old man.
The incident happened during the early morning hours of Sunday, March 31, after the man met the four women at a nightclub near King Street and University Avenue. The man left the club with the women who offered to drive him home, according to a written statement from Toronto police.
“The complainant was instead driven to a parking lot in the area of Queen Street West and Spadina Avenue where he was sexually assaulted by all four suspects,” said the statement.
The details of the sex crime are scarce, but the descriptions of the perpetrators may help explain the situation until we learn more:
Police say the four female suspects are all white, in their thirties, and approximately 5’4” and 200 pounds.
Many typical Redditors in this Reddit thread can’t help but fall back on the notion that men can’t be sexually assaulted. But sexual assault is not really about sex — it’s about power, it’s about will, it’s about shame, it’s about everything but sex. Who knows if he was exposed to diseases, received violent threats, experienced unwanted penetration? This is serious, and sad.
Most of all, this story underscores the gender discrepancy in that very few people likely thought about what this guy was wearing at the time, whether he had been openly flirting, how much he had to drink, how many previous sexual partners he’s notched on his bedpost, and, for that matter, why he chose to get in the car in the first place. Rough double standard.
