The alleged incident happened during a trip to the Rose Bowl last month. Chadima held a party in his hotel room for a group of students.
This report says Chadima provided "alcohol, beer and mixers for guests... and that some minors were present."

The alleged victim, identified as John Doe, stayed after all the other guests had left and Chadima said he thought John Doe "might be gay."
Chadima eventually "removed Doe's pants belt and touched his genitals.”

The alleged victim says John Chadima touched him inappropriately at a Rose Bowl party in California. The alleged victim in this case has decided not to press any criminal charges. It's unclear if he's still attending UW-Madison.AF* It begs the question, if the victim is not pressing charges; Why turn him in the first place? Just asking...
