The U.K. tabloid The Sun is reporting that George Michael was arrested and released early Sunday morning after he lost control of his Range Rover and ran into the front door of a London Snappy Snaps photo store.

As a photo on the Sun’s website shows, the reported impact shattered glass in the front of the store.

Police would only confirm that “a man in his 40s was arrested on suspicion of being unfit to drive,” and a spokesman for the singer refused to give comment. But The Sun reports that Michael was released on bail soon after being arrested and must return to court to face charges next month.
