 American white supremacist David Duke got arrested in Germany only a few hours before speaking to a far-right rally and is now set to be deported, reports the Daily Mail. German authorities say they are booting the 61-year-old anti-Semite because he violated a travel ban issued by another European country—likely referring to Duke being kicked out of the Czech Republic in 2009 for denying the Holocaust.

The one-time KKK grand wizard, Louisiana lawmaker, and presidential candidate released a statement on his website asking for help from donors to fight deportation and accusing German authorities of trying to silence his "message of heritage and freedom." Tensions with neo-Nazis in Germany have recently intensified after a spate of killings.
