HappY Birthday, America! "This United States of America"
The most precious of this country was its Consitution because it gave the present time independence but it looks towards the future as hard as that and it gave it liberty and justice for all. It made the government into three parts, Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. The three were supposed to have equal powers but you know that is not so. The power is acquired through politics and elections. If you have a President who has both the Senate and House in the same party he could be a powerful president. It is up to him. If the House and Senate belong to the same party and opposite the President, this president must be very good at making deals because that would be the only way he could govern with current and possibly new laws.
Now the Third but equal part is the JUdicial and the top of the Judicial, the Supreme Court. Unlike the presidency or Congress, it can not be political. The Constitution gave the justices h]help with that. Too much as far as I'm concerned and that is they don't get elected but appointed for life. That was a mistake. Why for life? Maybe have them be reappointed every 16 years? Appointed for life could be taken to mean 77.28 which is the average span for an American male. He or she could live until 95. Well, bless him or her but not in the supreme court. A nice garden in your own front yard would be nice. In this century we live in -we got a Supreme Court that was given a clear majority belonging to one party. Belonging to one party? What if they are not appointed by the people's vote? -Nope...They are appointed for life as per the constitution.. And that is where the crust on the pie breaks. Justices should not even vote in elections. Just because they are for life they can't be removed. Yes, It says impeached. Trump the lawless President with 70 Indictments so far impeached twice but the Senator(McConnor) who would not let the President (Obama) appoint a justice did not allow a vote to remove this man and he almost ended the Constitution, religions which some cry about does not have power,, and became his hero, Putin. How do I know that? He said it. He says so many outrageous things people stopped listening to him. Thank goodness some didn't stop. I think those justices should be recalled and see if there is a vote for them. But that makes too much sense. 3 out of 9 Justices follow A criminal who appointed them and they follow his political agenda.. I hope Im wrong but how can we be the nation of the Constitution and the nation we want to be without changes in our Justice system. It starts on the top because that's wee changes can be made because that's where the power is..
Some justices believe they are on top and not answerable. For the past 50+ years it's been very clear the justices appointed by the Republican Party make their Justice votes according to tot the people that appointed them. Is this supposed to be that way? No, but in practicality that is the way it happens. During the past 50 years which nailed us to this time in history is more than obvious. We know sometimes there are surprises and most people like it because then we know it was no politics involved but the mind and the law.
How do I know there are politics involved? Do you think these 9 people sit on their benches 24/7?
Seldom. They have a staff that does all the work for them even typing. They just have to think and vote among themselves. That is fine.
What is not fine is what they do when they are not in the office and they attend parties, dinners, Luncheons breakfasts, etc. These even which are usually sponsored by someone who eventually will go to the court for judgment on an opinion.
How about breaking the rules of the court on their rulings. Supposedly the law of the land for the past 50 years is that all women had control of their bodies. Not the government and not even the Doctor. But particularly not the government. How would this interest the government? it shouldn't. But it does and lately, The justices that lied when they were being interviewed by senators trying to make recommendations through a vote.
They promised they will stand by what the court had made a judgment on. They would not revisit. Of these people in our court, I count 2 of them. Well as you can see we have a court that breaks their commitments to the same court they belong to going by their religious maybe medical beliefs and paving the way with past favors. We had a President on indictment on 70 serious violations of the law that have put our country in danger and there can be an indication that someone already has lost their lives for secrets being waved out in the open. He Appointed 3 of these justices and they have followed this man like Rott Weiler to their master. You also have the same conditions in the Congress. You had a senator who impeded the process of the President to Nominate someone for the court and someone of the other party would say not until the election or you are out of office. That was the Leader of the Senate. He had that power through politics.
Some people say to me they hate politics but I answer back we have an apolitical system so is not the politics that are bad is the politics for gain in any way or without decency. Politics to benefit your family but not the neighbor down the street. The politics to have their whole family without expense hired bypassing the security checks the dog catcher needs to pass but because they are family and a big one, s they are sitting to help run the government and then start traveling and making deals that only benefit them.
