Apple Store a Poison Well for Anyone Normal

 

I have a story which is unbelievable  except we are in times in which we just had a coup to have a loosing president  stay in power and quench our American lives and the constitution as we have known it since we were born.

We also have  a pandemonium of an illness affecting millions and killing soon to be a million in the U.S. with no vaccines available for everybody yet because the President did not know how many to order and he is bad following advice even though he asks all the time, I am told. So "it is what it is" he said

The experience of a customer who have only used Apple products since 2008  or earlier and was told not to come back because he walked in after being asked to come in by another employee but it seemed to me they most not talk to each other. Thus giving the power to run the front of the store to an outside security guard when they are supposed to watch out for customers and direct lines if they have any. Also look alive!

I stop for putting this story out because there were tweets to apple and latter a complaint. The action has been messaged to the gig (Postmate)company.

I thought I wait. My advice to you is unless you have a warrantee  instead of taking  a repair to them but better yet there are good repairman that you can google and see if the have broken instead of fixing any computers, iPhone, etc. 

I would say stay away from Staten Island store. All my Apple products I both over the net and got wonderful service. I saw a lot of unhappy people waiting in line in that store and looking like there were ready to storm someone’s personal Capital Hill. 

They were put in three lines with no space between them. Just wear the mask.  I complaint about that 3 weeks ago and the guard told me to stay where I was or he will throw me out of the mall. That of coarse got a good strong response from me in which ass hole was part of it and had to tell him what his responsibilities were. At that time there was a real manager who understood what I was saying and simply ask me to be calm and patient because “We are supposed to help each other” What ever that means. she talked to the guard but that most’ve been a secret.

So meanwhile I am talking for anyone who is been treated badly by Apple Store, any of them. They just love apple because the low price service and smiles from their "red shirts”....not.
