We almost lost the Republic thanks to the Extreme Right Wing of The Republican Political {art but there were more than uninformed or misinformed people depending on the government to buy beer. There were well-armed ex-US soldiers who climbed the wall and let everyone into the building by attacking the guards at the doors in the futility of protecting the seat of the government. There were explosives and lethal gas. The Colonel in charge of sending in the troops as it was requested by the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and the Vice President. Where was the President? He was having a good time. When he finished instigating the insurgent troops he went inside the White House and watched the Macabre scene on TV with his family.

Who was protecting the Capital? Just, only and insanely the Capital police who were in no way armed as well as those ex-soldiers.These criminals had gas and you could tell who they were because they had government-issued gas masks..

This was part one. With a man (speaking broadly) like Trump is involved there is always part one, two, and three. 

The case goes now to the Supreme Court. Trump's petition is that a President or ex-presidents can commit any crimes and could never be prosecuted because of national security and the power of the Presidency. 

The Constitution 14.3 says that if you try to overthrow the government you can not run for Federal office again. Trump's lawyers say it does not apply to the President. Chapter 14 of the Constitution is so clear that even a Trumpie can understand it. So What is the Problem? The Problem is the Supreme Court because 3 of them were appointed by Trump and come from the same place that extreme Republicans come. It is expected that they will vote for the government, not Trump or somehow split the baby in half only because of the type of men Trump chose. If They go for Trump, they are unnecessary because the President can take over their decisions. Some say they will not vote themselves into the sidelines, similar to Trump's buddy in Israel. The Supreme Court there saw the light and voted against Netanyahu.

So That is Chapter Two. I hope chapter three will be Trump in Jail. We shall see, I remain optimistic that common sense and the law will prevail.
