Mexico releases first beer exclusively for gays

  

Mexican beer market, one of the most important in Latin America, joined a major departure for the gay community: Salamandra and Purple Hand Beer, the first beers exclusively for homosexuals.

The drinks are made entirely with organic malt and honey, which according to the manufacturers give a special citrus flavor that responds to the taste of the public, said Dario Rodriguez Wyler, founder of the two brands launched by the Minerva Brewery, located in Jalisco (Mexico).

"It was a big challenge, tell us we are very brave to develop the only beverage in the world exclusively for this sector has been always interesting and poorly attended," said the company publishes the journal as "Universal".

The distribution of beer started a week ago and almost sold out in record time the first batch of 500 boxes.
