Do you want that our rights be guaranteed? Not just by laws because laws can be change as many learn as we almost lost gay marriage by the Supreme Court. They decided to not touch the third rail but that can change if Trump gets to Appoint another Justice gun ho in hurting us.
The guarantee is to have a voting block like the blacks do sometimes decide elections. Our gay family is bigger than any family of voters. We are larger than any voting block because we come from every race in every state. So, as people come out and if the current numbers stay the same we will reach our strong block only in a few years. The post below I read at HRC and loved so Im sharing you with my readers. This could be true if gay people keep coming out or at least voting for gay rights.
True we don't need everyone to come out but it helps. If gay/Lesbians guys stick with other gay guys/girls in voting for our people that support us we will be more than ok. And then one day we won't have to come out. There will be laws that will need to be enacted in the future like you can't choose the sex of your fetus. That could include sexual orientation. The way science is going we can no longer say "That will never happen" it might...

by 2040, they estimate the Igbtq+ voting block will make up 20% of American voters. 1 out of 5 Americans.
today, Black people make up only 13.7% now and are said to decide elections.
our time is coming, we just have to give young people enough hope to hold on. fear will make people scared to be themselves and vote against their own interests. we have to continue to show our force and our happiness.
authenticity has scientifically proven health benefits. let’s make sure we give these kids and young adults (or yourself and your peers if you are one) the brightest, healthiest future possible.
