Intro by Publisher: A student was being bully in person and through articles in FaceBook. The situation got so bad the Father of this student went out and got an officer to accompany me any him to the dorm to get his son out of the at school. Sometimes no matter how we fight for things not to happen and do the right thing fails. The father of the bullied student, Mr. Bard was carrying a gun with him be know to anyone. There was an escalation when he got to this son's dorm. A bunch of student starting yelling and pushing. Mr Bard and the Office hurried to get out of the dorm. Once downstairs the crowd had followed them downstairs and were going to attack Mr.Bard's son.
They attacked his son when he was not there but no way would he let these bunch of misguided idiots attack him in front of him. It was time to do what he hoped that never happened. Once the gun was out he shot a couple of times and was placed under arrest.
Meanwhile nobody had been arrested for their violent conduct against Mr. Bard or his son. I was told once if you have a gun and you pull it in self defense, shoot. If you don't they will use the gun on you. Ive seen that happen. Mr. Bard had to schooled by the same teacher who taught me those words. On the Picture above you see so many police cars but Not many are needed now.

A grand jury has decided not to indict a man who had been charged with murder in the shooting of a student at Kentucky State University this month, a local prosecutor said on Friday.
The grand jury, which was considering the charge as a formal step toward a possible trial, received testimony that the man had acted in defense of his son, who was also a student and had been involved in an altercation with the shooting victim, said the prosecutor, Larry Cleveland, the Franklin County commonwealth’s attorney.
The Dec. 9 shooting occurred in the middle of finals week for Kentucky State, a university in Frankfort with more than 2,220 students, according to its website. The shooter, Jacob Lee Bard of Evansville, Ind., killed one student, 19-year-old De’Jon Fox, and critically wounded another. The police arrested him on charges of murder and first-degree assault.
The grand jury reviewed evidence that showed Mr. Bard’s son had faced bullying and abuse leading up to the shooting, Mr. Cleveland said. On that day, Mr. Bard arrived on campus to move his son out of his dorm room, accompanied by a police officer, and bring him back to their home in Indiana, Mr. Cleveland said. He did not elaborate on why the family was being escorted.
On that day, Mr. Bard arrived on campus to move his son out of his dorm room, accompanied by a police officer, and bring him back to their home in Indiana, Mr. Cleveland said. He did not elaborate on why the family was being escorted.
But an altercation inside the dorm between a group of students and Mr. Bard’s son escalated as the group forced him, his parents and the escorting officer outside the building, Mr. Cleveland said.
Then, “acts of violence erupted,” he said, “resulting in Mr. Bard firing two shots.” Mr. Bard was arrested immediately.
The grand jury decided against all charges on Tuesday. Scott Danks, a lawyer for Mr. Bard, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. But in a social media post following the ruling, he announced that Mr. Bard had been released from jail.
On the same day the grand jury declined to indict Mr. Bard, the authorities in Vanderburgh County, Ind., filed charges of intimidation against Mr. Fox’s parents, De’Jon Fox Sr. and Chardnae Cleveland, in connection with a series of earlier Facebook posts that the authorities said threatened Mr. Bard and his family. According to court documents, a post to an account linked to Ms. Cleveland, Mr. Fox’s mother, said that she wanted to see Mr. Bard’s son “dead just like mine.”
*Of Coarse she does. But she does not reflect that it was the way she brought him up was what got him killed. She spoke to the hatred she carry.
