Judge Aileen Cannon was appointed to the case against Trump on the Sensitive and classified documents. Trump was accused of holding on to thousands of these documents and showing many to his peers. They are the most sensitive documents a nation can have as they show what the US would do in case of Nuclear war.
This judge was appointed by Trump and has ruled for Trump in over 95% of the decisions that had to be made over those cases. A simple case because Trump was on TV and was interviewed and someone from the press pool was allowed to take pictures of the documents from the bathroom to the garage and reception rooms, still being used at Mar a Lago.
She made the biggest mistake which by the way everyone was expecting. On the day of the Republican convention, she decided to throw away the indictments against Trump for some obscure reason which was not law but something she made up by saying the Special Counsel Appointed by the Attorney General was not Constitutional.
The Counsel representing the Justice dept appealed the decision to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. They put those cases back into the calendar and rebuked Cannon but this is not done. Unless Trump wins and she is appointed to the Supreme Court as payment, otherwise she is going nowhere. She destroyed her career over Trump.
Trump has very specific reasons for winning this election because if he loses he will probably go to jail.
But it depends on the stupid, spineless Democrats to get united by Biden or Harris. But the more I hear about what is being said behind closed doors, some Democrats want a new ticked by removing both president and vice president but if that is what they are thinking is not going to happen. Since Biden is getting better from his COVID-19 symptoms and is up to him to hold firm and show he is back! Whatever happens, needs to happen already and since it hasn't happened already is Biden-Harris against Trump again and the polling shows still a toss-up when Biden is Out there reminding Trump of who he is.

On Dec. 1, in a unanimous per curiam decision, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit ruled to reverse an order issued by U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon to appoint a special master to oversee the review of classified documents seized from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence on Aug. 8.
The 11th Circuit found that Cannon “improperly exercised equitable jurisdiction” in hearing the case and that the entire proceeding should be dismissed. Notably, the court also found that regardless of the status of a document (personal or presidential), the government maintains the authority to seize it under a warrant supported by probable cause.
The panel wrote, “The law is clear. We cannot write a rule that allows any subject of a search warrant to block government investigations after the execution of the warrant. Nor can we write a rule that allows only former presidents to do so.”
