Judge Cannon in Florida Throws Out Donald’s Worse Case, What Happens Now?

Yesterday and today, there has been a volcano around Donald Trump and he is not even a President. He is ex-president unless he runs like he will and wins.

The worst today comes from the state of Florida and a Judge that I call Trumpie Judge because she is a young judge who in all her decisions has come on the side of the Don. Judge Cannon, her name, has thrown out the worst cases against the Don. These were the indictments on Trump holding to Classified information files and sharing some of it with his peers at Mara a Lago.

Can this Trumpie Judge do that? She can like when you are driving you can turn your car against incoming traffic. Now comes the consequences.

What happens Now?  The Special Prosecutor appointed by the Justice Dept will appeal her decisions to the 5th Circuit of Florida Appeals Court.

Then? It is expected they will rule against her and it is expected they will get off the case and have another judge appointed to continue this case. She decided that the special prosecutor law does not apply to Trump in Florida. If it doesn't make sense to you, you are right it does not make sense. That is to put it in normal lingo.

But how does it affect the Donald? Well, it affects him in which the case continues and if he wins the election he could throw out the case by telling his Attorney General to do it. for him since the President can pardon but not throw out legal. cases because of the separation of powers of the Constitution.

If Trump loses the election he will be a fried duck. Meanwhile, the case will be delayed and probably not ready for trial before the election. As a matter of fact, today was a gift for Donald and she waited until today to do this. What happens today? The Republican convention in which he is anointed as the Republican candidate to run in the elections. So he would be very happy today. The Magas believe he is just being protected by their god against being shot which will make them even more annoying than they already are with the anti-woman, anti-gay, and anti-poor people chants and beliefs.

What's next? Next will be the sentencing of Trump in the case of Donald paying the dancer to not spill the beans that he paid her to have sex with him. He could go to jail or probation. We will see how that goes and it should happen before the summer is over.
