A Florida woman died July 16, days after she was involved a domestic dispute with her husband, who she allegedly caught in a sex act with another man,NBC News reports.
Michael Doster, 49, was arrested in mid-July for domestic battery in Passage Key, Fla., after his wife, Pamela Doster, allegedly caught him in a sexual act with another man on a boat near a popular nude beach. Passage Key is located off the northern tip of Anna Maria Island and is known for its nude beaches.

The couple allegedly got into an argument before Mrs. Doster attempted to get onto a jet ski. According to an affidavit, Mr. Doster grabbed his wife by the hair and pulled her into the water. Mrs. Doster told police that this happened four times in total. The last time she was pulled off, she hit her head on the jet ski.

Mrs. Doster went back to the sandbar, but her husband wasn't able to find her causing him to call 911 later that night. Authorities found her wearing nothing but a lifejacket and the affidavit says she had a bruise on the left side of her head and a bruise on her left bicep. According to officials, the couple was intoxicated.
Mr. Doster was charged with domestic batter and later released on bond. Mrs. Doster was taken to a hospital but died on July 16. Police are still investigating her death and officials say her husband is a suspect.

"This takes our case to a different level. We need to know exactly what happened. We can say that Michael Doster is a suspect," Sheriff office spokesperson Randy Warren told NBC News. A local NBC-affiliate station, News Channel 8, contacted Doster, who said he was aware of his wife’s death, but would not comment any further.

Police are looking to speak with the witness - the man Doster was allegedly involved with, who was on the boat.

"We're trying to locate that person because he may be able to give us some good information as to exactly what occurred," Warren added.
Officials said there may be other witnesses who saw what happened.
After Gawker reported on the story, the news site was contacted by Detective Carol Perry-Green of the Manatee County Sheriff's Office, who said police did not have any new leads and that Michael is still being considered as a suspect.
"We don't have anything to say, 'Yes he is [the killer],'" she said. She added, “we don't have anything to exclude him either."
