Rylan Clark [X Factor] Would Not Want a Gay Child

Rylan Clark has opened up about his desire to have straight children.

The camp X Factor singer admitted his true feelings during a chat with Neighbours actor Ryan Maloney on Celebrity Big Brother.

Rylan and Ryan sat in the garden talking about sexuality and the rules of adoption in the United Kingdom.

 While Rylan, 24, stated that he is homosexual, he said that it makes him angry that only straight couples can adopt children.

Ryan explained that the authorities believe that a gay couple are likely to influence a child into being homosexual but added: 'In my mind, who cares'.

Rylan then retorted rather animatedly: 'Personally, I'd rather have a straight child.’

The singer also explained how difficult it was for him to grow up with his sexuality and how if he had a choice he would have chosen to be straight.

He said that if it came down to the push of a straight button or a gay button he would have hit the straight one.

'I'd be banging the f**k out of that button,' he shouted before saying that he is now very happy with his life and knows who he is. 

Rylan's dream of having a child has already begun with him asking his X Factor friend to carry his baby.

2 Shoes singer Lucy Teweira revealed that she had already been propositioned by Clark to be a surrogate.

She told new! magazine: 'Yeah, he definitely wants kids. He's asked me to be the baby's mum, but I said no. It's not for me.'

Although she turned Rylan down she said that she believes he will go ahead with the plan and added: 'Oh, yeah, I think when the time is right, he would consider looking into it.

'All I know is that he really does want kids in the future.’
