Cop Daughter of Anti Gay NY Sen Diaz Arrested for Keying Cars

This family with the exception of the ones that are openly gay is the most anti gay family in the whole city of NY.  To top it they are registered as Democrats, voting Republican. Diaz Sr was the force behind  the anti same sex marriage movement  in NYC and particularly the Bronx.  He is also the force to have public schools used as churches when they are not in session. Now we find a cop, yes they are all employed by the government in one way or other is arrested for this type of crime.  If you attack them, they attack you back in any under handed way. Even as low as keying a car.         adamfoxie*

NYPD Sgt. Damaris Diaz leaves Bronx Criminal Court late Saturday night after being
arraigned for allegedly vandalizing her boyfriend's car.

An NYPD sergeant— who’s the daughter of State Sen. Ruben Diaz — was arrested for keying her cop boyfriend’s car after sending him a flurry of hostile text and voice messages, authorities said.
Veteran cop Damaris Diaz, 43, was charged with criminal mischief and aggravated harassment for the off-duty incident in Bronxdale in which she allegedly defaced a 2005 Honda Accord owned by cop Edward Velasquez.
“Unless you want me to key ur car come down,” she threatened in a text sent from outside his home Saturday. It was one of 58 texts she sent in two days. “You are being f---ed up. You are pissing me off so hurry up and come down,” she also said in a voicemail, one of five she left.
Her brother is Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.

Edward Velasquez, who is also a police officer.

Diaz, a 19-year veteran assigned to the Police Academy, was arraigned and released late Saturday. She did not comment.
“I’m sleeping. No comment,” her father said by phone.
Sergeants Benevolent Association President Ed Mullins said Diaz has an unblemished record.
