That's what happened to Samuel Colt, who relates his delightful coming out story to the Sword column in Justusguys.com magazine.
It's so far from the usual pained recollection that I wanted to pop confetti out my backside and sing ragtime tunes as I read it.
You see, Colt once got a call from his mother asking if he was by any chance on the cover of a magazine that had just come out.
He knew that he was, and it wasn't exactly U.S. News and World Report.
"Yes," he haltingly answered. "Where are you?"
She said she was at the adult bookstore, where she'd gone to pickup a dildo and a porn movie to entertain herself with!!
(Well, it was a Saturday night.)
"And I thought I'd browse the gay magazines," mama added, "since they always have all the hot guys."
And that's when she spotted her son on the cover of Men magazine!
