If you dare to get too close to Justin Bieber's well-solidified head..He will breakup your face! Who is this person? Well not Bieber you silly. Is that what you thought? No, I'm referring to the superstar's bodyguard, Kenneth Hamilton, who happened to have been arrested Wednesday night for allegedly roughing up photographer Jason Nicholas, who was trying to snap pictures of Bieber.

According to a police report, Hamilton pushed Nicholas up against a parked car outside 161 W. 54th St. on Nov. 26. Nicholas claimed he was pushed against an SUV and has since suffered lower-back pain. Hamilton was given a desk-appearance ticket, which requires him to appear in Criminal Court on a date yet to be set.  adamfoxie*
