Elon Musk is No Steve Jobs More Like a Trump With Intelligence

Donald Trump and Elon Musk

Those who were close to Steve Jobs by reading everything he would say and kept track of his inventions,
thought he was a good manager with a good knack for picking the right people for the right job.

Some people think he was a Micro Manager but I don't think so. He made the design, Elon on the other hand seems to be just that. Elon seems to get new ideas as he gets involved with the building of any idea. Steve was a genius. He would seat at his desk and with a computer, calculator, paper, and pen he would draw the idea, and measure to see how possible was.

Once the idea was on paper, he would work it out on the computer. If the idea was to go into production he would get the right people for every section of the new idea. The person assign a certain job would be responsible for their part being functional. If there was a problem Steve could zero in on what group the problem was. A trouble shooter. He was a genius by coming up with the idea and working out the issues to make it possible. But he was also a genius in getting the right people for the right job. This is the part in which smart managers fail. They hire the wrong people for the job. As a manager, I always thought my crew will make me or break me. I could not be there all the time. I needed a few that knew what I wanted and I had taught them how to do it. I was never away from a phone call. With Elon, you can see he has a very disorganized mind more so than 21 yr old first studio apt. Yes, he is able to find the bed and the cell phone when it rings but nobody else could make sense of his stuff. That is why now that he has been tweeting more often you can see how his mind works. I've heard smart people say I like Elon Musk but yesterday I liked him more. I say I wish he would stop tweeting otherwise he is going to scare the hell out of his supporters that buy Tesla and SpaceX stock. The tweeter idea which I don't think he thought out. Then he figured he was not soluble enough and needed help from Tesla. But he could not get off it, again with the thing about giving his word and backing down. This time there was a big$$ deposit. Nonrefundable. It seems he wants to destroy Twitter. He wants to fire everyone except about 2000 or it could be 200, Who knows but 2000 or 200 is not enough. He will lose the advertisers and many users because it will become scammers' heaven.

No wonder how well he got along with Trump when he was President. Both are homophobic and like to talk a lot. Trump liked him. Now with Biden, he is hurt, HIS FEELINGS ARE HURT HE SAID by not being invited to a meeting, "A child". Scary.
Look what he is doing with Ukraine. He acts like a hero and supplies Ukraine with what they asked to keep their troops communicated which is what made the fight so well coordinated.

Then one day out of the blue he says he is going to stop. He wasn't even giving them a deadline. He said he needed to stop right away because it cost him too much. Yes, it cost him a few million dollars a month but that is less than his cheese and beer budget. Imagine all the goodwill he built in coming in on a spaceship to help good people that were attacked and their women, children, and seniors. Just like Superman!! Women are raped or killed or both and if they don't kill them they ship them to Russia. He is talking about a few dollars that he could declare in his taxes (does he pay taxes, I get a feeling!!)

So with a few words, he knocked out all the good he had done. Ukraine will continue to get the sat equipment because the US government is going to make sure they still get the equipment and it will be on Elon's dime because he offered and when you promise to the government, particularly if you are a multi-billionaire, You better pay the few millions or whatever it cost.

It's like Trump, he doesn't like to be liked. Something inside of him rebels against that. Trump is the same thing. When Hurricane Maria devastated Puerto Rico and in the meeting what he was being received he did not say I brought some diesel A/C because is hot or I brought you as much ice cold water I could squeeze on AF1. Nope! He started throwing them rolls of paper towels. They will never forget even if he turned into a good guy he is in no danger of ever being a good guy. You are what you were on your 80's yr old birthday. No changes!

Not everyone is a fan of the way Tesla CEO Elon Musk works. Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates had the opportunity to meet and work along with major tech companies including the late Apple co-founder Steve Jobs. In an interview with Bloomberg, Gates was asked whether Elon Musk could be the next Steve Jobs.

Gates said, "If you know people personally, that kind of gross oversimplification seems strange." There are key differences between the way late Apple co-founder and Elon Musk operate.

Microsoft co-founder said that Elon Musk is a hands-on engineer while Steve Jobs was a genius at design and picking the right set of people. There is no way you can walk into the room and find common factors between them.

Musk often talks about his demand schedule and hands-on approach. In a Tesla earnings call, Musk said that he was spending all hours in the Tesla battery production factory, sleeping on the floor and skipping showers.

On the other hand, Jobs was all about over-motivating people. You can see him casting the magic spell and getting people to work for him. Apple CEO Tim Cook described how Jobs helped convince him to join Apple when they met in 1998. Initially, Cook was hesitant but looking at the vision that Jobs has and the chemistry in the room, he instantly decided to join Apple.

Musk and Gates have had their own share of differences as well. In August, Gates wrote a blog post describing how electric vehicles will never be a practical solution for replacing trucks and long-haul vehicles. Musk responded to Gates's comment on Twitter.

When Microsoft co-founder was also critical of Musk's opinion on Covid-19 and the vaccines that are under development. Musk had said in April that the stay-at-home restriction in California is fascist in nature.

When Gates was asked about Musk's comment on Covid-19, he said, "Elon’s positioning is to maintain a high level of outrageous comments. He's not much involved in vaccines. He makes a great electric car. And his rocket works well. So, he's allowed to say these things. I hope he doesn't confuse areas he's involved in too much."

Conclusion:

"Two of the same kind that only likes themselves CAN NOT GET MARRIED OR DIVORCED FOLLOWS" (aF)

Donald Trump once called Elon Musk “one of our great geniuses,” comparing him to inventor Thomas Edison.

But the former president’s relationship with the Tesla CEO appears to have soured.

At his rally in Anchorage, Alaska, on Saturday, Trump branded the billionaire “another bull ***” artist,” saying Musk had claimed that he voted for him in the 2016 election.

Last month, Musk tweeted that his vote for Mayra Flores, who won a Texas special election, was the “first time I ever voted Republican.” And in remarks during a tech summit in May, Musk said he has voted “overwhelmingly for Democrats” in the past and “might never have voted for a Republican.”

Trump recalled those comments during his rally on Saturday.
“You know, he said the other day ‘Oh, I’ve never voted for a Republican,'” Trump said. “I said, ‘I didn’t know that.’ He told me he voted for me. So he’s another bulls**t artist.”

Trump also commented on reports that Musk would no longer be buying Twitter, after previously pledging to reverse Trump’s ban from the social media platform once he owned it.

“He’s not going to be buying it,” Trump said. “Although he might later. Who the hell knows what’s going to happen? He’s got a pretty rotten contract.”

Musk may have fallen afoul of the former president after indicating that he would back Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in the 2024 election.

Musk recently said he was “undecided” about whether to back Trump or DeSantis in 2024, but said on Twitter that he was leaning towards DeSantis.
