Mr. Mayor Why is Your Dept of Finance Throwing People into Being Homeless?

I will tell you a short story which I might just have to repeat with different updates.

The Dept of Finance is entering judgements into New Yorkers who started delivering food for Postmates and other food delivery outfits, a courriers deliveryring food service and the timing was bad. Postmate for instance reduced the average delivery without paying gas or any expenses from {$10.00 to $3.50> you think they lowered the amount the restaurants pay to them and the customers, they both pay..Nope, they just reduced the Stipend to dribvers). This was the time the mayor decided to install cams everywhere except south-west Staten Island and well to do neighborhoods and changing speed zones without notices on people's licenses or mail.

So even though this mayor and the governor (but the mayor said more than once) than his dept would not add penalties on this type of tickets for people being late because of the emergency, his dept is now destroying people credit worthiness which means they could not move again even into a lower rent because that is the first place they look, Your credit worthiness. I know people that could have moved and had been approved into every aspect except their credit worthines was below fair or they owe money, they lost out in gettin an apartment for $465 when they pay $900.00 as sick senior citizen.

So the city destroys all these lives because they delivered food during the emergency. Now I thought we are not into an emegency anymore? We are if you listen to this man. 

Why does the city drives people to become homeless to then say they are trying to put homeless into housing.? Simple1 Who benefits? There is people thaT BENEFITS BUT I WILL LEAVE TO...THE MAYOR/ GOVERNOR/ OR YOU?

But for him to UNLEASH his finance dept after every citizen wether they own a house or rent is wrong. 

The penalties? Bad credit report, they threatened to take your social security check away or any other money in your bank, they will take your car away whenever they see it. 

What is the hell going on?? Can someoen tell me? I know so many people that say I voted for this guy or stayed home because I knew he had no character. Actually for some people is not hard to figure out but not voting for another GOP mayor in NYC  was paramount. Everyone thought this dude might be better...they were all Wrong.
