Gay Couple Force to Sit in Back of The Bus

A gay couple were forced to sit at the back of a bus after its driver saw them holding hands, they claim.  Ron McCoy and Christopher Bowers, from Portland in Oregon, said they were 
shocked at the alleged homophobic abuse they were subjected to during a trip to Albaquerque

The pair were boarding a shuttle bus at Sunport Airport after arriving for the city's annual Pride Festival on Jun. 27. when they say they were ordered to take their places at the rear.
"I saw him look at us, look down at his hands and he looked so angry," McCoy told KRQE.
"He just blurted out at me, he goes, 'Okay, if you're going to do that, you're going to the back of the bus,'" he added.

 They claim he simply replied "I'll show you what's appalling" before pointing at them.
The couple did as they were told and moved down. On arriving at their destination, however, they decided to confront the driver over his actions.
 SP manager Bill Alberti admitted that the driver's conduct was inappropriate, but revealed he had not been sacked. 
The couple have filed a complaint with the American Civil Liberties Union and are considering legal action against Standard Parking, which runs the service.
