Rapper Lil B is taking the high road while responding to allegations by MediaTakeOut that he’s planning to come out of the closet as a gay rapper. The website alleges that Lil B will make the revelation during a speech at NYU in two weeks.
According to MTO, “A person who works at NYU who tell us that they suspect that rapper LIL B may becoming out the closet, as either a gay man, or a bisexual man – during his special ‘discussion’ at” the university.
Shortly after the outlet published their story, Lil B had this to say on Twitter:
They can say whatever they want about Lil B, but they cannot say he isn’t a genius that spreads peace, we are lucky to have him.
The rapper also released a new music video on Wednesday morning, and judging by the title, chances are he’s probably not gay — but he’s definitely, er, eccentric. Warning, it’s definitely NSFW, and probably not safe for your ears.
