We obviously know that pedophilia is not linked to religion in the same way it's not linked to sexual orientation, but in a community that often demonizes others, it's hard not to take note.
A teacher at a northwest suburban Christian school has been charged with with sexual exploitation of a child for allegedly masturbating during class, something authorities believe may have happened several times in the last decade. A hobby, if you will.
Paul A. LaDuke, 75, was charged Tuesday for an incident last Friday at Schaumburg Christian School, where he is teaches math.
Police say that a student reported to a teacher they saw LaDuke masturbating while seated at his podium.
CBS Chicago reports that "police interviewed several who said that on Friday, while seated behind his podium, LaDuke unzipped and lowered his pants, then and masturbated while students were present in the classroom." Rude.
Then again, these kids could have a vendetta against this teacher and just made the whole thing up. Worse things have happened. What's your Instinct?
