He took over against the 10th Amendment of the constitution and took over California National Guards. They serve the states under orders of the Governors. That alone was the Cornerstone for the colonies to become not affiliated States but United States as long as the States had Control over their own states and the Federal government could not try order the states to do anything but to follow the constitution which the Federal Government under Trump is stomping on it with his drunk, drug users and other whose Careers were going no where, he brought them to the White House as his staff.
But not happy with any of that and not knowing the legality because he is too dumb to want to know AND OBVIOUSLY HIS STAFF ONLY KNOWS AT WHAT TIME THEY SHOW UP IN THE MORNING, So he doesn't know what he has done, he with cameras running threatened to Arrest the sitting governor of California. California is bigger than many nations and is the 5th contributor to the national budget. But this sick old man felt he had to make the point he is tops and the governments are his. He does not care to do things other Presidents have ever done nor he questioned himself and said how come Obama did not think of it or Abraham Lincoln during the Civil War, Because Iam smarter than them. They did not do it because it was illegal and against the constitution of the United States. One of the many downfalls of Trump is that he watches too much TV and the news. Not only from Fox but the other news too, the other news as I and I hope you since you are reading me here now they misrepresent and sometimes outright ie. They change words that means something other than the story at hand because it sounds better and will bring a few more thousands viewers accordion to their AI calculations. I heard the news on NBC and CBS say that there was nothing the courts particularly the Supreme Court do if they order something for Trump to do and he refused there was nothing they could do since they have no army to make him do it. The courts don't have the power except of paper and the words. What?
If a Federal Judge ordered the arrest and held up by the Supreme Court, the secret service as member of the Justice Dept and the Courts would have to be obey unless they alone wanted to take over the government.
Every court in this country and the 50 states plus Puerto Rico have an army that serves them, with different names depending on the state but in most cases is called Sheriffs or Marshalls. Im sure you have seen them driving around not giving tickets but going someplace from the court house. They are the ones that enforce Court rulings and they can ask help of the Local police and if the police can do it they can ask the governor for help. So that reporting from majors networks was wrong. The courts are the most powerful of the three co equal branches of the governments. If your house is to be searched the cops need a warrant or court order signed by a judge. Of The three co-equal parts of our government no one has more power than the other but we go by the system of check and balances. Remember from High School civic class? The playbook that Trump does not know and would not recognize it no more than HE WOULD a bible that he didn't sell, because his have his picture and signature. Not King James or other king that had it translated and printed originally. His have Trump all over. He was not a believer until he wanted the vote of the Religious right which has to be put in its place after coming to help a Constitution denier and law breaker. Where is their religious, divinity training about god. Give to god what belongs to god and to caesar or the government what belong to it.
But I know as a Seminary person that Religion is a way of power and nothing else. No god said obey the Bible! Did they? NO! There was no bible then. But Trump being a conniver and knowing numbers , he knew what segments of the law breaker or not to swift of the population he was going to need even if they were the KKK whose vote he got.
