Video surfaced Sunday of pop singer Justin Bieber throwing up in the middle of a performance in Arizona — while his backing track continued to play.

According to Digital Spy, the brief clip captures the pop star turning his back to the audience in the middle of the song “Out Of Town Girl” as he pukes, then briefly exiting the stage before resuming the show. He had to step off-stage again later on before re-emerging to apologize.
