Brad Pitt Reinstates: 'He & Angelina Wont Marry Until Gays Can Marry

Movie star Brad Pitt reiterated during an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that he and Angelina Jolie will not be getting married until everyone in the United States “has a right to get married.”

Ellen said she appreciated the statement.

"We live in this great country that is about freedom,” Pitt said to a cheering audience. “It is defined by our freedoms and equality and yet we allow this discrimination to go on every day and that’s not what we’re about. That’s not what makes us great. And until that is reversed, I just don’t get it."

Seemingly lost for words, Pitt then slipped into an Italian accent and added, "It'a make'a no sense to me. It’a make’a no sense."

DeGeneres then asked if gay marriage was legalized nationwide next week would they tie the knot the very next day.

"It seems," said Pitt.
