A 21-year-old Minnesota man is suing CBS claiming he was duped into talking about his penis condition in front of a live studio audience for a taping of the syndicated television show The Doctors. Tyler Bowling says he didn't know that he would be discussing the pearly penile papules which he was about to get surgically removed free of charge courtesy of the show, on a show intended for broadcast.
According to The Courthouse News Service, Bowling claims "'he suffered 'relentless embarrassment and harassment' in phone calls and emails from acquaintances and strangers since the show's producers tricked him into appearing on 'The Doctors.'"
