Elon Exchanging Highly Qualified Air Controllers for Rookies to be Trained~ Makes Sense to anyone??

They are hiring new Traffic Controllers with little luck. The ones they fired aint coming back, maybe four years from now. The ones that might be coming would need to be trained so Elon is exchanging highly qualified experienced controllers for rookies from god only knows where. May he is got another two balls but he is going to need more than two to safely guide those big planes in the sky and on the tarmac and taxi way.
