Is Kissing A Crime?

Gay couple asked to leave Sacramento-area mall.

Two California men say they were asked to leave a shopping mall in Roseville, near Sacramento, after they kissed repeatedly and held hands.
Daniel Chesmore and Jose Guzman said they were just being affectionate when a mall security guard asked them to leave. The building’s general manager later said in a written statement that people who violate the property’s code of contact are asked to leave, however there is apparently no mention of public displays of affection in the mall’s code.
“I feel like we’re always treated differently because we’re gay,” Guzman said. “It makes me sad.”
Supporters of the couple and gay rights groups are considering protests.
