Harry Nicoletti.
A Pennsylvania jury continues to deliberating 80 counts against a fired Pittsburgh state prison guard charged with physically and sexually abusing gay inmates and convicted child molesters.
The jury began deliberating Jan. 25 before heavy snow cut short their discussions after about 31/2 hours.
The jury must sift through 11 days of testimony from 58 witnesses, including 20 inmates who claimed to have been verbally or physically abused or, in some instances, sexually assaulted or otherwise molested by 61-year-old Harry Nicoletti.
Allegheny County prosecutors alleged Nicoletti abused his power in an intake area of the prison before he was suspended in January 2011 and later fired.
Nicoletti and his attorney have argued the charges are false or, at best, based on exaggerations fueled by the prison system’s inmate rumor mill.
If he is found guilty I wonder what the jail gay guys would do to him then?
