A photographer is claiming that he was involved in a physical altercation Sunday with Justin Bieber after trying to take photos of the teen pop star.

Bieber, 18, was reportedly out in Calabasas, California with his girlfriend Selena Gomez Sunday afternoon when the incident occurred. The paparazzo claimed he was trying to take photos of the couple when Bieber got upset and physical with him.There is talk that Bieber sometimes acts like just a punk. Village South Vietnam and Gay Weddings Keeps the Town Talking

Two men publicly tying the knot nearly two weeks ago in the southern province of Kien Giang in Vietnam have remained a hot topic among local townspeople.

At noon of May 16, Truong Van Hen and Nguyen Hoang Bao Quoc held a large-scale wedding in Ha Tien with hundreds of guests, reported VietNamNet.

Thousands of curious people were said to have surrounded the wedding, jamming the traffic. Some tried to stop or protest the wedding, but were dismissed by the local authorities.

The Vietnam Law on Marriage and Family bans marriage between people of same same sex but the union is supported by the two families.

Many websites have circulated pictures of how parents, relatives, friends and guests witnessed ‘Groom’ Bao Quoc, dressed in a white suit, clink glasses of champagne with his ‘bride’ Van Hen, who wore red.

The first public gay marriage in the country was reported in 2007. The couple, Dinh Cong Khanh and Nguyen Thai Nguyen, now lives in Canada, where gay marriage is recognized.

According to an earlier survey by the STDs/HIV/AIDS Prevention Center (SHAPC), the Vietnamese saw homosexuality in a broadly negative light. Up to 36 percent of interviewees saw homosexuality as social evil, and 68 percent as a disease. Nearly half saw it as unhealthy relations, 27 percent corrupted and 56 percent unnatural.

These Words When used On Social Networks Will Trigger Something or Someone Vs.You

The Dept of Homeland Security has been forced to release the list of words they use to spy on social networks. If You use any of those words you are putting yourself on their scope. Lots of people will not be concern but for those who resent being spy on, the list is for you.

I don’t personally have nothing against the list or being spy on a social network because I know that what ever I print there is not completely secured. I do resent being monitored on my private cell or phone without a court order.  But the law changed under the auspices of Pres Bush after 9/11 and continued under the current president in which they no longer need to get a courts permission to do it. The words the use is,  National Security.

Terrorism analysts are instructed to search for evidence of unfolding natural disasters, public health threats and serious crimes such as mall/school shootings, major drug busts, illegal immigrant busts.

The list has been posted online by the Electronic Privacy Information Center - a privacy watchdog group who filed a request under the Freedom of Information Act before suing to obtain the release of the documents.

In a letter to the House Homeland Security Subcommittee on Counter-terrorism and Intelligence, the centre described the choice of words as 'broad, vague and ambiguous'.

They point out that it includes 'vast amounts of First Amendment protected speech that is entirely unrelated to the Department of Homeland Security mission to protect the public against terrorism and disasters.' 

A senior Homeland Security official told the Huffington Post that the manual 'is a starting point, not the endgame' in maintaining situational awareness of natural and man-made threats and denied that the government was monitoring signs of dissent. 

However the agency admitted that the language used was vague and in need of updating. 

Spokesman Matthew Chandler told website: 'To ensure clarity, as part of ... routine compliance review, DHS will review the language contained in all materials to clearly and accurately convey the parameters and intention of the program.'

Hungry Zombie Face Eater Identified in Miami

I know that Miami is always been full of zombies. From the day I moved day i realized I’d moved to a very different part of the world, having nothing to do with what I thought represented united States. In my travels never been to a place like it.

It just so happen that there was a helicopter that was able to take footage of the bottom parts of the individuals when the zombie attack took place. What we didn’t know was who the Zombie was and who the victim was. As to the why I don’t think we will ever find out unless we go to..Miami.

The man who attacked a homeless individual in Miami on Sunday and cannibalized his face has now been identified as 31-year old Rudy Eugene.

Eugene was found nude and attacking another man on a causeway; a bystander flagged down police, who were amazed and sickened when they discovered Eugene eating parts of the victim’s face. The victim has not been identified but was in critical condition when the story went to press and was missing his lips, an eye and one ear.

The story garnered huge headlines when it broke over Memorial Day weekend, prompting theories of a zombie apocalypse and speculation on drug use. Police say they think Eugene was high on “bath salts”, which is exactly what it sounds like and is now being used to create the effects of LSD. One of the effects of the drug is internal heat, which raises the temperature to a dangerous level and makes the user feel like their organs are baking, which is reportedly what caused Eugene to take his clothes off. In the surveillance still above, the victim appears to be naked as well, but officials haven’t commented on why. 

Officials believe Eugene found the homeless man lying on the causeway and saw easy prey and, for reasons unknown, attacked. When police told him to cease his actions and he refused, they shot at him; officials say they got in at least half a dozen shots before he went down growling, flesh still dangling from his mouth.

Several cases of bath salts-related violence have been reported in the area, according to officials, and it almost always involves almost super-human strength in which the user attacks with their jaws. The drug can cause heavy psychosis and a state of delirium.

Dr. Adams of Jackson Memorial Hospital says he’s seen similar cases, although none to this extreme.

“I took care of a 150 pound individual who you would have thought he was 250 pounds,” Dr. Adams said. “It took six security officers to restrain the individual.”

Eugene’s ex-wife has said that he was very violent towards her during their marriage and has a record, varying from petty theft to drug-related charges. He had recently been evicted from his home and was reportedly angry about it.

No word yet on the victim’s condition, although a picture is making its way around the internet that allegedly shows the extensive damage done to his face. He is said to be in critical condition.

"The victim, who is believed to be homeless, lost 75 percent of his face in the attack and is in critical condition at Jackson Memorial Hospital.  Police claim that the dead man was overdosing on a new, powerful form of Lysergic Acid Diethlymide, the hallucinogen commonly known as LSD.”

[New York, NY - March, 2012] - The Piers: Art and Sex along the New York Waterfront

is the first museum exhibition to focus exclusively on the uses of the Hudson River docks by artists and a newly emerging gay subculture. It presents over 70 works of art that demonstrate how the gay liberation movement--spurred by the 1969 Stonewall riots--transformed the cultural and social landscape of New York. For the first time such seminal works of the New York avant-garde as Vito Acconci's Untitled Project for Pier 17, Gordon Matta-Clark's, Day's End and David Wojnarowicz's Rimbaud in New York, will be shown alongside little known photographs of the gay cruising scene by Leonard Fink, Frank Hallam, Lee Snider, and Rich Wandel.
After years of persecution and repression in the 1950s and 60s, the counter-culture revolution of the late 1960s brought about many cultural changes; this was especially true of changes in sexual attitudes. Public nudity and sex were becoming more accepted, especially as subject matter for artists seeking new forms of expression. In the post-Stonewall era, these new-found freedoms were swept up into a changing socio-political and historical landscape that gave rise to the gay rights movement. The New York Piers, where many gay New Yorkers gathered in the late 1960s and 1970s, where these new sexual freedoms were often played out, became the crossroads for an emerging gay subculture and for artists of that period.

Between 1971 and 1983, the piers were the site of an enormous range of works by artists as different as Acconci and Peter Hujar, Shelley Seccombe and Tava, Matta-Clark and Arthur Tress. Many of these same dilapidated structures were a locus for gay men to sunbathe naked, cruise and have sex. At the edge of Greenwich Village, this "arena for sexual theater," became the backdrop for elaborate photographic tableaus by Fink, Stanley Stellar and Tress. The Italian filmmaker Ivan Galietti saw the piers as an updated version of the ruins of Pompeii. These same ruins provided abackdrop for Jack Smith to perform Sinbad Glick for Uzí Parnes's camera.
In 1983 Wojnarowicz and Mike Bidlo took over Pier 34 and made it an extension of the East Village scene. In Andres Sterzing's photographs of the projects by such artists as Louis Frangella, John Fekner, David Finn, and Judy Glantzman, there is a marvelous sense of freedom and community. In general, the piers below Fourteenth Street, were in Gordon Matta-Clark's words a site of "interest, fascination and value," but also risk and sexual adventure.

Jonathan Weinberg, Ph.D. is a painter, and author of Ambition and Love in Modern American. He is a recipient of a 2002 Guggenheim Fellowship. He won a grant from the Creative Capital/AndyWarhol Foundation to pursue his research on the piers and is currently writing a book entitled Pier Groups: Art and Identity along the New York Waterfront, 1971-1983.

Darren Jones is a Scottish artist, based in New York. He received a BA (Hons) from Central Saint Martins, London (1997) and his MFA from Hunter College, New York (2009). He has had several national and international exhibitions. Jones also works as a curator and is a contributing writer for ArtUS.

Teen Wins Right To Wear T. “Jesus is Not Homophobe"

Maverick Couch, a high school student in Waynesville, Ohio, sued for the right to wear his "Jesus Is Not A Homophobe" T-shirt.

Maverick Couch can wear his “Jesus Is Not a Homophobe” T-shirt to school again – without fear of being suspended.

The 16-year-old junior at Waynesville High School in Ohio has won a legal fight to wear the shirt, which was a gift from a friend’s aunt, on school grounds.

“I’m really blessed and happy,” he told msnbc.com on Tuesday, a week after he learned of a court action in his favor. “It’s just really amazing. I never thought it would come out like this.”

In the judgment entered May 21, U.S. District Judge Michael Barrett ordered school officials to allow Maverick to wear the T-shirt to school whenever he chooses. He also ordered the school district to pay $20,000 in damages and court costs to the teen.    

People Upset Portrait of Pres.South Africa Shows Genitals

Johannesburg, South Africa (CNN) -- Thousands of people are expected to march Tuesday in South Africa to protest a portrait of President Jacob Zuma that shows his genitals.
Zuma's supporters in the ruling African National Congress say the portrait is insulting and call it an attack on both the president and his party.
About 15,000 people are expected to participate in the march to Johannesburg's Goodman Gallery, where the work was on display, according to the South African Broadcasting Corporation.
The painting by artist Brett Murray, called "The Spear," is reminiscent of Soviet-era propaganda posters. Red on one half and black on the other, the painting shows Zuma in a proud stance with his genitals prominently exposed.

The painting was defaced last week after a storm of protests and condemnation, the SABC reported.

"We believe all these actions by the gallery are not only a violation of the right to dignity of ... President Jacob Zuma but are a clear and calculated attack on the ANC," the party said on its website.
"We therefore again call on all South Africans, members and (supporters) of the ANC and our alliance partners to come and register their outrage at this insult and attack on our president and the ANC," it said.
The Sunday newspaper City Press removed the image of the portrait from its website after the ANC threatened a boycott, but it complained Monday the ANC still wants the paper to apologize for running it in the first place.
Democratic Alliance, the ANC's official opposition, said The Spear "was brilliant as a work of political satire, which is also why it became an instant icon."
Calls for the painting's censorship, the party said, indicate a dangerous move away from the right to free speech. If he felt insulted, Zuma should have sued the artist rather than calling for the painting's removal, the Democratic Alliance said.

THe Day Will Come When Adam Levine Falls For a Guy

Adam is supposed to be one of the gays closest allies. He even have a gay bro. I gotta tell you that I have an excellent gaydar.  Seldom have I been wrong. As a matter of fact there are many times in which I shut it down to serve energy. Im sure Adam Levine is not going to get offended for what Im going to say. After all he has been asked every question under the sun and have answered them. My point that my gaydar indicates that one day is going to come that he falls in  love with a dude. Wether we find out years from now or right away is besides the point.  But if he doesn’t know it yet, which I doubt,  he will find out. Right now is for his advantage to be straight. Besides he needs a taste of it and a taste of even being a father. This is all good and great for his career even better than if he came out. He keeps the gay guys with a hard on, the straight guys full of envy and the ladies all wet down under.

Adam’s rivalry with Dirrty star Christina has been one of the main talking points of the US version of the talent show and it looks set to carry on.
“We’re all strong personalities so we do go at it sometimes,” says Adam of the feud.
“But it’s all good. We can deal with it and I guess it makes it entertaining.
“The whole show has been crazy. I wasn’t prepared for this because usually I like to stay under the radar.”

Sex and the City's Cynthia Nixon has married her long-term partner Christine Marinoni.

The actress, 46, wore a custom dress by Carolina Herrera for the ceremony, which was held in New York yesterday.

Police Killed Guy While Eating Another Man’s Face

New details emerge in causeway police involved shooting

  

MIAMI (WSVN) -- Disturbing new details and surveillance video have been released in the fatal police involved shooting off a causeway that involved naked men and cannibalism.

While Larry Vega rode his bicycle off the MacArthur Causeway on Saturday afternoon, he witnessed something that can only be described as savage: a naked man chewed off the face of another naked man. "And the guy was like tearing him to pieces with his mouth, so I told him, 'Get off!'" he said. "You know it's like the guy just kept eating the other guy away like ripping his skin."

Upon witnessing what he describes as a scene out of a horror movie, Vega managed to flag down a Miami Police officer. "Police officer came over, told him several times to get off and a police officer climbed over the divider and got in front of him and said, 'Get off!' And told him several times and the guy just stood his head up like that with a piece of flesh in his mouth and growled," said Vega.

When the attack continued, Vega says the officer fired but the man continued to chew flesh off the victim, who is homeless. The officer fired several more times, eventually killing the attacker.

A Miami Herald surveillance camera caught the aftermath as the two men laid side by side on the ground. "It was just a blob of blood," said Vega. "You couldn't really see, it was just blood all over the place."

Rescue crews rushed the victim to Jackson Memorial Hospital with 75% of his face missing.

Police say the attacker was likely overdosing on a new potent form of LSD. "What's happening is whenever we see that a person has taken all of his clothes off and has become violent, it’s indicative of this excited delirium that's caused by overdose of drugs,” said Armando Aguilar of the Miami Fraternal Order of Police. “What's happening is inside their body their organs are burning up alive.”

Authorities have not released the identity of either man.

Now, Vega says he cannot shake the image he expected to see on the big screen and never on the streets of Miami. "Pretty gruesome that's for sure. One of the most gruesome things I have ever seen in my life in person," he said. "You know, you see these things in the movies but when you see it in person, it's pretty traumatic."

The victim remains in critical condition. Sources tell 7News the injuries the victim sustained are some of the worst injuries they have ever seen.
