Charlie Sheen’s Fmer Assistant Had Been Dead for Days

Charlie Sheen's former assistant has been found dead in his Los Angeles apartment. Police discovered Rick Calamaro's body at his home on Sunday, although reports suggest he had been dead for several days.
A cause of death has yet to be determined, but TMZ reports that police found "numerous pain medications and an open bottle of alcohol" at the scene.
The former Hollywood club promoter was present throughout Sheen's infamous fall from grace, which began in September 2010 when the actor trashed a New York hotel room and held an escort hostage during the search for a missing watch, and ended with his firing from hit TV sitcom "Two and a Half Men" last year.
