An Appointee Leaves JBrewer on the Gay Issue, Isn’t he Brave? NO!

I have seen the news and below is a post that says an appointee to Jan Brewer, you know the one with the pretty face? Well she had a gay pretty face working for her. She appointed him to tourism. Why? That’s how you pay political favors.
I have to tell you that when I heard the news that this guy quit, I got pissed! Not because this a little guy quitting, but because he was gay working for one of the worse governor in the nation. Worse how she has managed the state, but in a more personal way, because she is anti gay and anti immigrants. As for gay people, gay immigrant couples she has no respect and thinks that they are subhumans. You know like her ancestors thought of the Indians. Not human enough you can abuse and even kill.
Through all the stuff that this maniacal elected official of Arizona has done against so many, this guy who serves her and is in her cabinet has seen no problem with that and at least no problem with him calling the paper and saying 'Im quitting now I can’t take it no more.’ (If thats how he phrase it).
I guess Starbucks was not hiring in Arizona that this was the only job he could get. Not when she hit the gays in a more public way, then is too much for him.
I hope this guy represents a white elephant and not the community in which everything of what the governor does or did is passable until the gay button is hit. Because if that was true we would be a very selfish community and not worth of any back up by anybody who is not connected to us. Which would mean no gay marriage or gay anything, being that it is most of the straight people that have been convinced that by supporting us they are on the side of justice and in the site of what is right! We are a minority and depend on the rights that we can get from the majority.
So Mr. Edwin Leslie is now offended by the lady with the pretty face. I’m offended by Mr. Leslie and I hope that even Starbucks denies him employment…I know I would.
Coming back to a second and what our community needs, it needs friends, everywhere. From the blacks, from the hispanics and hispanics and immigration are linked together, wether we like it or not. This people are here and we cannot do a Hitler on them, even though Brewer probably would shake her head in approval of that like a bobbling doll on the dash board of a mexican chevy that dances the Macarena better than Al Gore ever did!
As gay there is no room for us to abuse other people or other minorities because we have been abused and killed. We should always defend those who seek justice what ever color they are.

Arizona Governor Jan Brewer's move to seek US Supreme Court approval to strip health benefits from same-sex partners of Arizona state employees has been met with wide disapproval and is already resulting in a shake-up amongst her appointed staff.
Brewer appointee to the Arizona Tourism Advisory Council, Edwin Leslie submitted his resignation Tuesday telling Brewer that, "Your actions ... are in direct conflict with your reiteration that all Americans are entitled to the same 'inalienable rights.
