Mitt Romney as Anti gay As Any Other Conservative Mormon

To anyone that thinks that because Mitt Romney signed the Legislation that made Massachusetts one of the first states to offer gay marriage, that he is cool towards that idea.  Those that feel that way could not be anymore wrong. He signed it because he had no choice. It was a law that was passed with lots of supports both in legislation and voters.
The former leader of the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City Mitt Romney  has contributed more than $1,000,000 Since 2008) from his Free and Strong America political action committee to a variety of conservative candidates and causes.
Those causes include California's Proposition 8, which reversed that state's Supreme Court decision legalizing gay marriage there. Romney donated More Than  $20,000(2008 figures) to the National Organization for Marriage, Fehrnstrom said.
"The governor feels strongly that marriage is an institution between a man and a woman, and one of the most high-profile fights on this subject is happening in California," Fehrnstrom said.
The contribution from Romney, a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, is "completely unconnected" to the church's own involvement in the issue, Fehrnstrom( spokesman for Mitt) said.
He said Romney has also given  More than $5,000 to help defeat the "Sensible Marijuana Policy Initiative" on the Massachusetts ballot a few years back. That initiative would decriminalize possession of less an ounce of marijuana.
