Adam Levine Boycotts Restaurant Over Marriage Equality

The Voice judge and Maroon 5 front man, Adam Levine took his shirt off and talked to Out Magazine about his thoughts on the show, his sexuality, show parents should react when their kids come out, and his love of being naked.
Three big points he made:
1. “I just love being as naked as possible all the time — it feels really natural to me.”
2. “I’m extremely comfortable in my sexuality, so I can think, Oh, that’s a good-looking dude. Acknowledging that someone’s attractive and wanting to fuck a dude are two different things.”
3. “With a lot of guys who are hypersexual, it comes from some sort of disdain or dislike — they’re guys who love getting laid but don’t really respect women. That doesn’t mean that I haven’t been totally promiscuous and slutty in my lifetime, because I have.”

The fourth Point that he made and Out Magazine reports below is a straight man support for equality for his brother and all like him. adamfoxie*
Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine and his band are boycotting a Los Angeles-area Mexican restaurant over its support for Proposition 8, California's 2008 voter-approved gay marriage ban.
Maroon 5 is up for the Grammy for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
In discussing the band's post Grammys plans with People magazine, Levine said the group is no longer patronizing the restaurant.
Levine, also a judge on the NBC reality talent show The Voice, told the magazine, “We used to go to this Mexican restaurant to celebrate after the Grammys but the place supported the movement to make gay marriage illegal so we bailed on that.”
Levine could be referring to El Coyote Mexican Cafe on Beverly Boulevard, which became a target of gay rights activists because Marjorie Christoffersen, a manager and a daughter of the owner, had contributed $100 to the Yes on 8 campaign. The protests against the eatery and other businesses which contributed to the campaign to roll back marriage equality in California became the subject of national attention.
