Tape Allegedly Shows Former Sheriff Sullivan Raping Minor
Martino says a source gave the tape to his investigator, Jonathan Elinoff.
"I said ‘What's on this tape?’ And he said that's the Sullivan sex tape. That's Sullivan and there's more where that came from,” Elinoff told us.
"We saw some disgusting video,” said Martino. “The kid looks 10 to 14 years old, blind-folded, he did not look like he was a willing participant.”
Investigators are not commenting on the tape. Although, they previously said sex with minors is one of the possible charges they're looking into involving Sullivan.
Police are also going through evidence seized Thursday from a Denver bath house where Sullivan met many of the young men he allegedly traded drugs for sex.
"I'm told they were taking environmental samples as evidence," one man, who did not want to be identified, told us. He says drugs were an ‘open secret’ at the Triple C bath house.
“It’s been a place for meth dealers to go," he said. "They would get certain rooms…and you just get to the club and ask who's there."
He believes police were looking for drugs as well as video from the club's cameras, and information on the club’s computer data base.
