How Would Elena Kagan Likely Rule On Gay Marriage?

 she was being confirmed to the position of U.S. Solicitor General,
testifying before the senate,
responding to a question,
she said, “There is no federal constitutional right to same-sex-marriage.”
However- Kagan clarified in further follow-up, – she was merely describing the current state of the law, not offering her own view how the Constitution should best be read.http://bench.nationalreview.com/post/?q=…
and that makes sense – because at the time, she was applying for the position of Solicitor General.
Solicitor General isn’t supposed to “interpret” the law…..
just “follow” and “enforce” the law.
now she’s applying to be A Supreme Court Justice.
Completely different ballpark.
Do you think she would likely rule in favor of gay marriage?
She is left-of-center…..but not ultra-liberal.
